Nestled at the foothills of the Zwartkops Mountains in the Cradle of Humankind, Kloofzicht Lodge is the essence of tranquility and ultimate luxury, a comfortable thirty minute drive from both Sandton and Pretoria. The serenity of Kloofzicht is embodied by water as the lodge, comprising fourty-two suites, overlooks six exquisite fly-fishing dams and the lower reaches of the Blaauwbank Spruit, which meanders through the unspoilt Zwartkops gorge.
Kloofzicht boasts with a fly-fishing academy and the experience of a lifetime awaits you, regardless of your level of expertise. Trout, bass, carp and the ever- elusive yellow fish will provide you with hours of entertainment and the opportunity to unwind and relax.
The small but magnificent nature reserve upon which Kloofzicht is built, is home to kudu, impala, blue wildebeest, eland, red hartebeest, springbuck, gemsbok, zebra as well as a fascinating array of bird life.

The three conference rooms complete with state of the art conference facilities seating between 10 and 120 delegates. The  Emerald Room at Kloofzicht Lodge has exquisite views over the Kloofzicht Dam and Zwartkops Mountains and seats up to 120 delegates in cinema style. The venue can be subdivided into two separate conference or function units. State of the art conference facilities are standard at Kloofzicht Lodge and underfloor heating makes winter conferences an absolute pleasure.

Executive:

Perfect for Executives, these 20 spacious suites are one-level rooms overlooking the valley and Kloofzicht Dam. The room consists of a king size bed (or two twin beds) and leads onto a small patio with drop down blinds to secure privacy. A built in oval bath, single vanity, heated towel rails and indoor shower that leads out onto an outdoor shower with private garden makes this a firm favourite with executives and business travelers.

Overlooking either the Kloofzicht Dam or rock pool, each family suite has a king size bed as well as two single beds. The room has been designed to accommodate families or conference groups, in which case the beds will be split. Family Suites lead out a small patio with drop down blinds to secure privacy. A built in oval bath and indoor shower leads onto an outdoor shower with a private garden.

Feel the heart of Africa during a pulsating drumming session or simply enjoy an authentic African meal. During chilly winter evenings we provide guests with warm blankets as they cosy up around the boma fire.
