The Spice Island of Zanzibar
Enjoy a few days on the exotic island of Zanzibar, a short distance off the coast of Tanzania. Spend your days relaxing on one of the idyllic beaches, or explore the narrow winding streets of the historic Stone Town, visiting the markets, museum and Sultan’s palace. Not to be missed is a “Spice Tour”, to view the cloves, cardamom, nutmeg and other spices growing in the wild.
Lamu Island
A small island with a wonderful mix of African and Arab culture, Lamu lies off the northern coast of Kenya. The island maintains an air of ancient mystique where the pace of life is slow and the only modes of transport are by dhow, donkey or on foot.
